There lots of variety of softwares available to capture the screen of desktop. But most of softwares needs to buy by you. But can you believe that you can take screenshot of desktop screen by using your keyboard and an easily available software which comes with Windows operating system i.e. MS Paint.
Following is the easy procedure :
1. Open the desktop screen, of which you want to take screenshot.
2. Look for the " Print Screen " or "PrtSc" button on your keyboard . Generally this key is situated on upper right area of keyboard and between " F12 " and " Scroll Lock " keys. (Look following image.) Hit (press) that " Print Screen " or "PrtSc" key.
3. Now open MS Paint. To open MS Paint go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Paint.
4. Now Paste image here by pressing CTRL + V Keys ( or Edit menu > Paste).
5. Now you have the entire desktop screen image. You can crop this image.
6. Save this image in JPG format.
