Extract using winrar .
Find the saves/savegame folder and make backup of this folder . Now replace these extracted files with your save.

no but the savegame folder doesnt have these kind of files it just has mrtimes.sav

Thanks but this doesn't work for me. Just still displays the first two missions I had already. How do I do it?
I've put the save games in the game folder/save game. All I want Is the save game for mission 10!
Look for
C:\Program files\Mafia and look for Saves/Save Games folder then copy paste downloaded and unrared files to it.
