Slow Booting/Start Up of Computer after Installing HP Printer/Scanner Device

2

My problem was:

I have bought and installed new HP Printer and Scanner. Everything was normal before. But now I am experiencing very slow booting(start up) of my PC after I installed HP drivers. It takes 5-6 min to boot. And after that all the computing is normal.

And I found this Solution:

You have to just disable "HP CUE DeviceDiscovery Service" and this will not affect your printers performance. So follow the procedure to do this-

1. Click on start and then click on run.

2. Type services.msc and then click OK.

3. Services window will be open. Find "HP CUE DeviceDiscovery Service" on the list.

4. Right-click on "HP CUE DeviceDiscovery Service" and select "Properties" to open the "HP CUE DeviceDiscovery Service Properties" dialog box.
5. From the "HP CUE DeviceDiscovery Service Properties" dialog, click on the "General" tab. If the "Service status" shows that the service has started, click on the "Stop" button. This will stop the service.
6. Now change the "Start type" to "Disabled" and click on the "OK".

Your problem is solved now. You will get normal booting.
One more thing you can do is to remove HP start up items. Just download and install CCleaner from  CCleaner. Install it and run it. Go to Tools >> Startup. Find HP items and delete them.
