First backup your save game files from My Documents\Eidos\Tomb Raider - Underworld
Now Entirely replace Tomb Raider - Underworld folder or copy any of the Tomb Raider: Underworld Savegame file to the My Documents\Eidos\Tomb Raider - Underworld
Start and load the game.
